These Terms apply to use of lelunavora.shop and purchases from BLUE CYPRESS SEPTIC & TRACTOR SERVICES LLC, trading as lelunavora.
Our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional information relevant to your purchase and use of the store.
Eligibility and proper use
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or act with appropriate authorization.
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. You must not engage in fraud, unauthorized access, malicious activity, intellectual property infringement, or interference with website operations.
If you create an account, keep your credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access.
Product descriptions
We take reasonable care to present accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability. Device settings can affect how images appear, but products must conform to their descriptions and applicable legal standards.
If a material error affects your order, we will contact you and explain suitable options. We will not increase an agreed price or substitute a materially different product without your consent.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to purchase. An automatic acknowledgment confirms receipt and does not, by itself, constitute acceptance.
Unless we expressly accept earlier, acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch.
If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will explain the issue and promptly refund any payment collected for canceled goods.
Prices and payment
The checkout displays the currency, shipping charge where applicable, and total payable before payment.
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal exceeds US$30 after discounts. Orders of US$30 or less have their delivery charge displayed before payment. If another checkout currency is offered, the converted equivalent threshold is disclosed.
Applicable sales tax, VAT, import duties, and customs clearance fees are included in our prices or paid by us. Customers do not pay additional tax or import charges beyond the disclosed order total.
Contact us if a carrier requests an unexpected payment so we can arrange payment or reimbursement.
Fulfillment and delivery
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit time is 20–45 calendar days after dispatch, in addition to processing time.
Delivery arrangements are disclosed before purchase. We obtain agreement to a delivery period exceeding 30 days where legally required.
If dispatch is delayed, we provide notice, a revised estimate, and the option to cancel for a full refund. We obtain any consent required by applicable law.
Returns and remedies
We provide free returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Refunds are issued promptly when due and normally appear in the original payment account within 3–7 business days after issuance.
Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory rights concerning cancellation, faulty products, late delivery, or non-delivery.
Website materials and external services
Website materials belong to their respective rights holders or are used with authorization. Personal shopping use is permitted. Commercial reproduction requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.
Third-party services may have their own terms. Their involvement does not replace our obligations as the seller.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any permitted limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not remove mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law and complaints
Florida law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory laws protecting consumers in their place of residence.
Customers retain any non-waivable right to bring proceedings in their local courts.

Changes
Revised Terms apply prospectively. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an accepted order without a lawful basis or separate agreement.
